Call Sam for your Latitude Booking Number.

      Call me at 330-793-6543 for your Latitude Booking Number.   You need to have your Latitude Booking Number to register online with Norwegian Cruiselines.

After you have your Latitude Booking Number
CLICK on this link www.NCL.com
it will take you to the Online Registration form.

After you complete the Registration Online, log back in
a day or 2 later to Print Out your E-Docs & Luggage Tags.

Information you need to Register Online:

1. Your Passport number and expiration date.
2. Your Credit Card and expiration date for personal expenses.
3. Our Cruise Dates are July 16th - 27th, 2023 on The Norwegian Prima.
4. If 2 singles in a room, you both can set up your own accounts.
5. When asked what time you will be arriving at the ship, click on 12:00pm to 12:30pm. After you've completed your registration you will have to wait 2 days before you can PRINT out your E-Docs & Ship Luggage Tags. Make sure you have these with you when we board the ship.   We will NOT put our cruise Luggage Tags on our bags until after we arrive in London.

Items you Must Have to board your Flight and Ship:

1. You MUST have your Valid Passport with you.
2. Be at your departing Airport 2 hours before our departure on July 15th. Don't be late.
3. Do NOT go through Security until you Check-In with Sam at the Delta Desk in Cleveland or Valerie at the Delta Desk in Pittsburgh.
4. Make sure you have your E-Docs for Boarding and cruise luggage tags.
5. A Credit Card for personal expenses.
6. A week before we leave check with Sam to see if there have been any changes in your Flight numbers or Flight times.

      Our flight out of Cleveland departs at 4:40pm on July 15, 2023 and we need to be at the airport NO Later than 2:30pm on July 15th.
      We have optional hotel rooms for the night before departure which includes FREE parking and shuttle.

       On July 15th, please check in with Sam at the Delta Airline's Desk in the Cleveland Airport before 2:30pm and check in with Valerie at the Delta Airline's Desk in the Pittsburgh Airport before 11:30am before you go through security. We need to make sure we have everyone.

The Airlines are Crazy!
      On July 1st, I've Changed our Cleveland Flight from JFK to LHR.   The flights we have are the ONLY Flights I could get a have everyone to show up in London for our transfer to Stone Henge and then the ship.   We will have to wait alittle longed in the baggage area for everyone.
      The return flights for the Cleveland people has changed to a much earier flight from Reykjavik (No Other Choice).   Everyone else still has the 11:15am flight to JFK.   I've had to arrange 2 different transfers on July 27th to the airport from the ship.   Any questions, Please call me at 330-793-6543.
