After you have your Latitude Booking Number CLICK on this link www.NCL.com it will take you to the Online Registration form. After you complete the Registration Online, log back in a day or 2 later to Print Out your E-Docs & Luggage Tags. On January 27th Everyone planning to go off the ship in Grenada CLICK HERE and then Click On "TRAVEL HEALTH DECLARATION FORM". When asked if you have had a Covid Test within 72 hours, SAY YES. The Ship will provide the Test. When completed, PRINT and have the form with you on the Cruise. Information you need to Register Online: 1. Your Passport number and expiration date. 2. Your Credit Card and expiration date for personal expenses. 3. Our Cruise Dates are January 23rd - 30th, 2022 on The Norwegian Epic. 4. If 2 singles in a room, you both can set up your own accounts. 5. When asked how you are arriving to the ship, click on "Private Vehicle" at 12:00pm and departing the ship at 8:30am by "Private Vehicle". 6. After you've completed your registration PRINT out your E-Docs & Ship Luggage Tags, make sure you have it with you when we board the ship. Items you Must Have to board your Flight and Ship: 1. You MUST have your Proof of Vaccination Card and Negative Covid Test with you still Valid upon arrival in San Juan. (Schedule a Covid test for the afternoon on Thursday, Jan 20th to make sure you'll have the results for our Saturday morning flight). 2. Puerto Rico requires everyone traveling to Puerto Rico to register. Click this Link to Register at "Travel Safe Puerto Rico". Print and also Save to your phone the QR code that they provide. 3. You MUST have your Valid Passport with you. 4. Be at your departing Airport 2 hours before our departure on January 22nd. Don't be late. 5. Do NOT go through Security until you Check-In with Sam or Keith & Marilyn. 6. Make sure you have your E-Docs for Boarding and cruise luggage tags. 7. A Credit Card for personal expenses. 8. A week before we leave check with Sam to see if there have been any changes in your Flight numbers or Flight times. 9. A small tote bag for your personal items at the end of our cruise.   The last night on the cruise we will set our luggage out for the porter. Book your room early to get our group rate.
